이용자는 언제든지 BIKECORD 계정과 그에 연결된 개인정보의 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 아래 두 가지 방법 중 하나를 선택하세요.
방법 1 — 앱에서 직접 삭제 (권장)
- BIKECORD 앱을 실행하고 로그인합니다.
- 프로필 화면으로 이동합니다.
- 화면 하단의 "계정 삭제(Delete account)"를 누릅니다.
- 확인 안내에 동의하면 계정과 개인정보가 삭제됩니다.
방법 2 — 이메일로 요청
앱을 사용할 수 없는 경우, 아래 이메일로 삭제를 요청하실 수 있습니다.

- 제목: 계정 삭제 요청
- 본문에 가입하신 이메일 주소 또는 닉네임을 적어주세요. (소셜 로그인을 쓰신 경우 로그인 방식(Google/Apple/Facebook)도 함께 적어주세요.)
삭제되는 정보
계정 정보, 프로필(닉네임·아바타), 작성한 게시글·댓글, 우편·친구·팀 활동 기록, 위치·활동 기록 등 회원과 연결된 개인정보가 삭제됩니다.
보관되는 정보
관계 법령에 따라 보존 의무가 있는 정보(예: 전자상거래 관련 결제·거래 기록)는 법정 기간 동안 안전하게 분리 보관 후 파기됩니다.
처리 기간
요청을 확인한 후 30일 이내에 처리하며, 완료 시 알려드립니다.
Facebook 연동 해제: Facebook 로그인을 사용하셨다면, 계정 삭제와 별개로 Facebook 설정 > 설정 및 개인정보 > 비즈니스 통합/앱 및 웹사이트에서 "BIKECORD" 연결을 직접 해제하실 수 있습니다.

You may request deletion of your BIKECORD account and the personal data linked to it at any time. Choose one of the two methods below.
Option 1 — Delete in the app (recommended)
- Open the BIKECORD app and sign in.
- Go to the Profile screen.
- Tap "Delete account" at the bottom of the screen.
- Confirm, and your account and personal data will be deleted.
Option 2 — Request by email
If you cannot use the app, you can request deletion by email.

- Subject: Account deletion request
- Include the email address or nickname you signed up with. If you used social login, also state the method (Google/Apple/Facebook).
What is deleted
Account information, profile (nickname, avatar), your posts and comments, mail/friends/teams activity, and location/activity records linked to your membership.
What may be retained
Information we are legally required to keep (e.g., payment/transaction records) is stored separately and securely for the statutory period, then destroyed.
Processing time
We process verified requests within 30 days and notify you on completion.
Disconnect Facebook: If you used Facebook Login, you can also remove the "BIKECORD" connection yourself in Facebook Settings & privacy > Apps and websites, independently of account deletion.

利用者はいつでも、BIKECORDアカウントおよびそれに紐づく個人情報の削除を請求できます。以下の2つの方法のいずれかをお選びください。
方法1 — アプリから削除（推奨）
- BIKECORDアプリを起動してログインします。
- プロフィール画面に移動します。
- 画面下部の「アカウント削除（Delete account）」をタップします。
- 確認に同意すると、アカウントと個人情報が削除されます。
方法2 — メールで請求
アプリを利用できない場合は、メールで削除を請求できます。
削除される情報
アカウント情報、プロフィール（ニックネーム・アバター）、投稿・コメント、メール・フレンド・チームの活動記録、位置・活動記録など、会員に紐づく個人情報が削除されます。
保管される情報
法令により保存義務のある情報（例：電子商取引に関する決済・取引記録）は、法定期間中、安全に分離保管した後に破棄します。
処理期間
請求の確認後 30日以内に処理し、完了時にお知らせします。
Facebook連携の解除： Facebookログインをご利用の場合、アカウント削除とは別に、Facebookの設定とプライバシー > アプリとウェブサイトから「BIKECORD」の連携をご自身で解除できます。
